Although having a cute planner is nice, having a productive planner is key. A few months ago I began researching time management and productivity techniques and came across one called “Eat The Frog”. This technique involves completing your most difficult task first thing in the day so you get it out the way. This has helped with my procrastination on tougher tasks that I tend to put off ex: working out lol.
I implemented this into my monthly planning routine by using an UNDATED DAILY INSERT as a template for aligning my day-to-day tasks. I set my tasks in hourly increments and start with those difficult tasks that I’m tackling with my “Eat The Frog routine.”
Some of the items I use on the sheet are the MINI OBLONG STICKY NOTES for motivational quotes, SPOTLIGHT STICKERS to highlight important items and for deco, and mini icon stickers as a reference to the task I need to complete. Some of my favorite icons are from the FITNESS ESSENTIAL STICKER SET, the PREGNANCY ESSENTIAL STICKER SET, along with the CELEBRATION STICKER SET. My handy dandy GOLD TWEEZERS make it easier to pick up and place the mini icon stickers.
