Staying consistent and being motivated doesn’t just happen on a whim. It takes some tools to get you there. Here are a few tools I use monthly within my planner that help bring the spark back in my purpose for planning.
I use C&P DATED ADMIN INSERT for my weekly and monthly planning. In the week on one page, there’s a designated HABIT TRACKER. This tracker has not only helped me visualize how consistent I am with a particular habit it has helped me want to be more committed to wanting it checked off.
I also use the added notes page to track and layout goals for the month. On these sheets I can jot down what goals I have, what did I do this week to get me closer to achieving this goal, and what can I do next week to better set myself up for success. I also use it for meal planning, fitness planning such spreading out what days I carb cycle or what days I do what body system etc. You can also do this with the GRAPH NOTE PLANNER INSERT.

The ‘24 Oct wellness sub-box included a journal/planner with the EXPERIENCE REFLECTION PLANNER INSERT. The insert has been the perfect guide for my monthly reflection moments. I like to choose one item that may have impacted my month more than others.

In doing so I can reflect on how it shaped my month, what should I take away from that, what do I want to implement moving forward. I find that reflecting monthly is the perfect way to recharge me for the next month to come. Sometimes all we need is a reminder of OUR WHY to give us the little extra push we may need to keep going.
Would you give these 3 (habit tracking, goals planning, and monthly reflection) tools a try in your planner? What items do you use to help keep you motivated monthly?
