Creating Healthy Habits

So recently I talked a bit about “The Great Lockin” and how I’m using planning as a way to elevate my life. One thing I wanted to focus on was my health. Working nights has shown me how important routine is for the body if I want to remain healthy. And while working out is a must, healthy eating habits should always be the foundation and at the forefront of any routine.

As nights can be hectic and so easy to go without eating and too easy to snack and eat poorly I knew I needed to create something that was quick and easy for me to plan out my meals. And coming up with this sticky note has been the best thing for me. My MEAL PLAN STICKY NOTE can be great on the go or at home.
